(Currently 1 x room available – July 2024)
Currently, one resident is living in this SIL home with 1:2 support in Grovedale. Our SIL partner is looking for a female participant to share with a 26-year-old verbal female with Down Syndrome. The current resident enjoys attending day programs, dancing, singing, swimming, spending time with her family, staff and socialising. She is very kind and friendly and loves to have a chat. Recently, she has improved her cooking skills and enjoys trying new recipes. She would love to share her home with another female and looks forward to meeting potential flatmates to see if they will be a good fit.
The home has 3-bedrooms and is in a quiet neighborhood in Grovedale. Recent renovations have made the house fully accessible, including ramp access. The bathroom has been upgraded with handrails and a sliding entry door for easy accessibility.
Conveniently located a short drive to the Waurn Ponds shopping Centre, with cafes and cinema, an Aquatic Centre and nearby parklands.
