Lotus Accommodations aims to provide safe, respectful and practical temporary accommodation arrangements.

We welcome feedback and take complaints seriously. If you are unhappy with our accommodation service, communication, billing, property condition, or how a matter has been handled, you can raise a complaint with us.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 business days and aim to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe. Some matters may take longer depending on the issue, the information required, or the involvement of other parties.

Making a complaint will not affect your right to continue accessing accommodation services with Lotus Accommodations, unless there is a separate safety, legal, payment or agreement-related issue.
